"A beautiful store with exceptional quality products. The food looks great too. There is a great variety to suit just about all tastes."
"Had beef and Guinness pie with salad with drink (£18). Very disappointed, pie was dry, very dry and without a hint of Guinness taste. The pastry although it looked impressive and tasty merely added to the dry pie. I have heard a lot about here but sadly cannot share the enthusiasm friends have for it myself. I cannot see myself coming here again for lunch ."
"Cafe had huge queues which moved at an absolute snail’s pace. Woeful. Went to the traybake, scones and drinks area instead. £5.95 for a vanilla and almond scone and tea which was grand. They offered to heat it too which was really nice on a miserable day. Would have spent more had it not been for the queues. Book selection isn’t as good anymore and nor is the jewellery and trinkets. Too many smellies and journals - the latter being very expensive for what they were. They need bigger premises and a better selection like they have in Avoca Dublin."
