"Rats be out in the courtyard at night. Real problems with fruit flies throughout the building. Smells in the corridors are truly disgusting. For what your paying for it truly isn’t worth it. If you’re going into your first year of uni I really recommend you looking somewhere more affordable as this company are money robbers and will try to charge you for fees where possible. Once you’re in a contract with them there’s no getting out of it no matter what circumstances you face."
