Not only did the assistant take time to discuss with me what I wanted, they get it exactly right. Nothing was too much trouble. I needed the flowers for early Monday morning, so they were delivered to me on Saturday afternoon, and were as fresh as when delivered on Monday for the funeral, even though they had travelled 220 miles!
