"Bought a watch out of here... was a michael kors one...very expensive, the lady said I had to put a battery in it, the old one was done so she should have replaced it, but refused... got back home and fitted a new one myself but not without a palaver.... the back of the watch wouldn't go on without a fight either. She also didn't have any boxes for it so had to wrap it with paper too.... all in all they are very unorganised, quite unhelpful and I want be going back."
