"Called at Ernest Jones Abbey Centre yesterday 21st September 2021. I was served by Mandy. I have been in a number of times over the years and on most occasions I was fortunate enough again to have been served by Mandy. She is always so helpful and this time was no different. I had 4 things I needed help with from getting my wedding ring resized, a new battery for my and my wife's watch and advice about my Smart Watch. She just quietly but efficiently dealt with my issues explaining everything. Well mannered and pleasant as always.
