"It's a pleasant place with friendly service, and the restaurant is pretty good. However, the rooms leave a bit to be desired - the decor is tired and the bed isn't up there with Premier Inn standard. Even turned up to maximum, my shower was only ever lukewarm (I mentioned this after my first night, but unfortunately it wasn't fixed)."

"I can't rate rooms as never stayed here. Located just off the m2 motorway at junction one. The hotel is lovely. Loads of seating areas. Big foyer. We'll staffed. Quick service and polite staff.
