"Rich did a great job of cleaning my sofas, carpet stairs and rugs! I would definitely recommend him. He was very responsive to my messages and questions that I had before hand. He turned up and got straight on with it but also took the time to explain to me what areas he would be starting with and how it all worked. He even took time out to say hello to my dog so that he was happy with who was in the house too! Rich came to check during the works that I was happy with what he had done. He used a product that made the house smell very nice! At the end he tidied up and wiped away any wet patches from around the rug. He also said how long to leave the sofa and rugs alone for. It was easy to pay as he brings a card machine with him. Very professional and turned up in his van and uniform which made me feel at ease. I was able to continue working from home without any worry and felt safe with him in my house. Will definitely use him again!"

Firstly, his communication was prompt & clear. He explained the process of what he would be doing & the time scale needed. Upon meeting Rich, he is a very friendly, cheerful & extremely professional guy. I knew from the off he would do a great job. My lounge, stairs & landing were all cleaned to a very high standard in a very quick time & at an amazing price too. They were dry within a few hours too, which is incredible especially with a toddler running about.
