"This is a wonderful independent practice. Not owned by some massive international company who's focus is more profit than animal care. I also know of at least one local animal sanctuary they help out at no profit to themselves."
"Terrible service! Took my Akita here an was told they weren’t able to prescribe or do anything unless they have his files so that was ok sent over his files to them, been phoning the last month several times to be told “ James will phone you back” never ever did. The woman who answers the phone asked me for my name and number every single time as if she had no acknowledgment. Phoned back today to be told that his file is to large for them to look at and it would be best to stay at previous vets. I’m not a vet nor nurse it’s took me a half hour max to read my dogs medical history! Most unorganised an waste of time veterinary Clinic"
"The vet's here are all brilliant! Erin was a fantastic help to me with my epileptic Labrador. The only downside about Voy Vets is the queuing. It can take a couple of hours or more sitting in your car before you can speak to a vet. I'd love to see even just a couple of clinics with appointments."
"I am very grateful to James after my golden retriever had a severe injury from a walking accident caused by glass littering. I rang James at 7.30am. I had received excellent reviews from word of mouth. I was past myself with worry and my dog was treated asap. No appointment and affordable. I thought I was going to have to put the bill through insurance and in the end that wasn't necessary. Thank you James and to all the staff from start to finish for my dogs care. I will be sure to bring sweets on the next visit and they have my recommendation. We won't be going anywhere else now. Loved the beautiful horse in the yard aswell , much nicer to watch it while waiting than the four walls of some dull waiting room ."
