"Love this place, although they should take a bit more time with handling their animals."
"Really great store and staff. Came in as I had just adopted two kittens and needed advice on cat litter. A lovely colleague spent time going through the pros and cons of each one and we decided on the silica diamonds litter. Also helped us with using the app to get some great discounts on kitten food and the whole shop we did. Came back the next day to pick up some more bits and the staff member remembered us and asked how the kittens were doing. Not often you get that kind of customer service so Thankyou."

"Absolute clowns! Went in to buy 2 small goldfish and a job interview would have been a less painful experience than the list of questions. It’s all an attempt to sell over priced tanks, filters, etc. if it wasn’t, why is there multi buy discount - the more fish you buy the cheaper they are, total con artists. It’s not long since the spotlight show highlighted what they are really like."
