"I have previous piercings elsewhere and the piercer didn't put any effort in to see if I was happy and comfortable, it was so painful and I now have a wonky piercing which put me off having my eyebrow and vertical lip done. Over 3 years later and I finally got them done with Jess! I was so scared but she was so quick and it didn't hurt half as much as I thought it would (just a bit sharp and some pressure). She waited until I was happy with the placement and I gave her the go ahead before even touching me. I would definitely use again and will be using Jess for all my jewelry needs in future!
