"Hollie ink- I had to cancel due to having covid, when I tried to reschedule she tried to charge me the deposit again??? I have already paid a deposit of £60 and she has not contacted me or anything to rearrange. Awful and not professional at all Response- I cancelled 4 days before and showed her my positive covid tests. Hollie never asked for any other proof. To say I’m lying is unprofessional again! I never complain however I had a bad experience and I am not £60 down with nothing to show for it. I have screenshots of Hollie asking for another deposit."
"Can’t recommend this place enough. Tattooed by Matt Castle who’s done a brilliant job and was so patient with me. The rest of the staff are super duper friendly which is just an extra bonus. Thanks guys, see you soon !"
"Been going here for over a year to have work done on a full sleeve. All staff are excellent and each specializes on a different style, would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a great tattoo artist!!"
"After speaking with Matthew and paying a deposit for a tattoo for my sister, she had to cancel late notice due to a pet dying. If at the time we were told that the deposit would be lost, that would have been fine. However I was told not to worry and that it would be honoured. Very considerate. I later asked for the deposit back, Matthew hadn’t tried to rebook the appointment and there was no further contact. To which I was told the deposit was non refundable as per his Instagram and that it was honoured and should be rebooked. Okay... I then try and rebook the appointment to be told that the prices have gone up. Surely keeping a deposit would mean holding the prices? Apparently not. Really poor of him to do that. I was told pay an additional 50% or lose the deposit!"
"I got my first tattoo here with Katie. It was a great experience. The artists here are very very talented."
