"Not the greatest experience. I asked the women over the phone to make me a bouquet, I was told over the phone that she’d make me a pink and white one. The one I was given was not at all pink or white. It was made up of orange yellow and green flowers with only one pink flower and no white flowers. The women was extremely rude and showed no sign of good customer service. First told me over the phone she’d be at the shop until 6:30? Later then, when I called at 6 to say I’m 10 mins away, that I’d need to hurry up as she wanted to go home. Absolutely ridiculous and I will not be back again. Don’t promise your customers one thing and give them another, if changes need to be made clarify this with them first."
