"Joyce was helpful to start off with, took our requests and noted it on the recipiet with everything agreed on we paid our deposit and was told to come by on the Monday for the final. Final deposit was paid. Joyce reassured us everything one last time showing us what we wanted and we was happy. We asked for Jamaican colours to be infused with the flowers please tell me if the spray can was empty because we didn't see any colours. The ribbon was not noticeable and it was a different shade of green which we didn't request. Lots of gaps in the wording. The flowers where looking dry and welterd with no sponge to keep them hydrated. Was given instructions to another local florist to collect and deliver to our director's. If we had known it would of been a hassle we could of went ELES where. We called the shop for Joyce to come and fix the flowers, which she attended but poor customer service she didn't even come and apologise or even let us know she was there fixing it and if we liked the ammenments. There was no point of her coming down it looked the same. Not impressed. Her customer service on the phone was not great. If I could go back and go eles where it surely wouldn't be here. If you want a good service shop somewhere else."

"I have been going to Meade's florist for as long as its been on the Lower Clapton Road, and before. Joyce, Pat and the team know exactly what they're doing, they make beautiful bouquets, which are even 'time managed' in terms of flowering and longevity of the flowers. Joyce knows exactly what my Mum likes and never fails to impress her! Their flowers are very good value for money and they are caring and attentive members of the local community and its lovely living near their shop. I really can't recommend this shop highly enough. :-)"

"A Superb service. They were helpful, understanding and gave us what we wanted for my Brother - in - Laws' funeral. Their advice was second to none, even talking us out of buying a product that would have been more expensive, but not to the requirement that we needed.
