Called the shop, they apologised and sent the man back to collect the wrong flowers. Come Saturday afternoon the flowers had still not arrived. I sent an email asking for a full refund, and suddenly the flowers then arrived that afternoon. Asked for a 50% refund considering the whole debacle and did not even receive a reply. Overall - a complete nightmare!"
