"Awful service. When I inquired about creating a bouquet, I was told the wait was 45 mins and the salesperson seemed genuinely annoyed that I was even speaking to her and was incredibly aggressive."

"The flowers I picked out are beautiful and so well received, the service however was absolutely not! She was offended we were first browsing. We wanted a real mix and contrast to suit our friend. Rather than the matching pre picked bunches. Perfectly fine if you prefer tones. We wanted to spend a bit more than those bunches to have something fuller and bold. She was judgemental with her expressions, quite aggressive and very dismissive. I figured she was just having a bad moment so tried to turn it around with kindness. Not well received and just rude with every answer back. Our friends around here laugh and say that’s what she’s like all the time. I’ll try again next time maybe."

"Sadly quite rude. I inquired if there was any way to buy something cheaper than £25 and make it bigger with some greenery and got the response “Oh no. Off to Sainsbury’s with you.” And and flick of the hand to send me off. I don’t mind not being able to afford nice things, but being dismissed with a snobby comment and dismissive waft of the hand is not how anyone should be treated. It should be safe to ask a question and be sent off kindly."

"Can't miss this florist outside Clapham Junction Station, come rain or shine. They are quite pricey but you will not be disappointed, especially if its a special occasion. Tailor-made bouquets, large or small with a variety of exotic or familiar range to choose from. The flowers and plants are always fresh and can even bw mixed with fruits, vegetables, decorations, cactii etc. Overall can be a unique experience if you can splash out."
