They were able to give me a price and a date. This was followed up with a text confirmation. A few days before Arthur arrived to clean the gutters he sent a text to confirm his arrival time. On the day he arrived on time. He was professional, friendly and explained what he was going to do. When he finished he explained the state of gutters as well as follow up service in 12 months time.
