"I've been living in Smalley for some years now. Randomly received an invoice from this company without instructing there services. Emailed they to inform them of the mistake and apparently they've been cleaning my bin for years. Unfortunately this is not the case as the property was derelict when we purchased it and didn't have bins. Please be careful when dealing with this company"
"Customer service for this company is truly horrendous. They have no ability to simply apologise for a simple mistake. I was a first time customer and I was booked in for all 3 bins to be cleaned. I was simply missed off the round, a simple mistake, which I have no problem with. I never got an actual apology, but was assured that I would be on the round 3 days later... nope. I call the office, still no apology, informed the admin team would ring me asap, 3 hours later, I get a call with no apology, no effort to rectify anything, just lots of huffing and puffing as if it is all too much effort for the admin lady. I explain that all 3 bins are still empty and I have bagged up my rubbish whilst I wait for my bins to be cleaned, she does more huffing, says someone 'will get around to you in 5 days'. I enquire if there is anything sooner, 'no love, we have cleaners out, but they are in the area, but not quite in your area for the next 4 days.' STILL NO APOLOGY!! I promptly informed this lady of her inability to apologise or make any attempt to actually rectify the issue and hang up. 40mins later... she calls again leaving a voice message asking me to call her back about my issue with my bin. Yes folks, she had forgotten (or was so un-organised) she hadn't realised she had already 'dealt' with me."
