"I used this company to clean a duvet. I used the drop off and clean service. When I collected this and opened the duvet from the packaging, it was clearly not cleaned at all. I took it back and the staff inspected it and confirmed it hadn’t been cleaned. They said they would clean it again. I have collected this for a second time and again it’s not been cleaned but simply wrapped up in packaging. I am unsure why this is being done as twice is no mixup. I wouldn’t recommend this company for a drop and pickup service. I paid £16 for the clean and it’s not worth my time to get back again for them to rectify for a third time."
