Before I could finish my sentence I was rudely told to stop. Reminded it's Christmas day and I was being an inconvenience by asking for help. Zero compassion and empathy."

"I looked on google the flower shops and I made my short list of the best shops. I called the best first 2 shops but they never answered my calls. Then I called ON THE HILL FLOWERS. They immediately picked up the phone. We could hear on the background they were very busy. It is important to clarify it was a Saturday around mid day. The manager very proactively made possible to squize in my order. He even accepted to delivery it on the same day. Once the flowers bouquet arrived, they were of a great quality and pretty well presented. Their customer satisfaction is one of the highest I have ever experienced from the 40 countries I visited. Fantastic service, trustworthy and superbe flowers bouquet execution. Thank you again!"
