"Georgia from grays Essex handled my items, she was brilliant. Helpful, considerate and kept chasing/reminding me about me items ensuring that I did not lose them. As far as I'm concerned putting herself out and going above and beyond. Definitely not the same experience I had with other branches who I felt were glad I lost my items and I never before received a call let alone many.
