"Customer service was poor. Arrived mid afternoon and the store was not busy at all. Looks very swanky. Did a full lap looking at merch and the moved to the centre counter to do try on with the wife and make a purchase. Lots of staff milling round with trays...... lots. We got moved 3 times so customers who came after us could be shown items..... politely trying to catch someone's eye became a staredown. I thought I was doing something wrong, like I needed to take a number from a ticket machine that was hidden from us."
