"Denvoy is RUDE beyond belief, absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. Ok, I was trying to haggle a price and they weren't having it (an item that weeks later is still sat for sale when I asked for £15 off) So absolutely stupid business practice really but then makes unprofessional rude comments telling me to stop crying about it and they are not begging for my business or even want it. Given the amount of money I spend online with CC and being in customer service myself, I was shocked at his appalling and abusive manor, he actually needs serious training and a disciplinary or if it was my business he would already be in the queue outside the job center. Pathetic attitude, awful service and I will no longer purchase from CC in general now, even other stores following this employees rude behavior. disgusting."
