"Called at 1820 to book taxi for 1930 Paying deposit and surcharge for the distance. No updates at all, called at least 5 times between 1930 to 2035 when the taxi eventually arrived, every call i was told it was 10 mins away which was absolute lies! If its going to be late, tell the truth so people know what to do! Have been great in the past but on this occasion very poor service considering the premium you pay!"
