"I had precooked this service in the morning before I needed them. They did not arrive at the time I asked them to. When I phoned them they said that they had already been there waiting on me despite the fact I was out the front of the building and waiting on them. They then said they would come back for me. Ten minutes later they said that they could not pick us up and cancelled the taxi. Appalling service and cancelled for no reason. I was left stranded with no way home. USELESS."
"Disappointed, usually on time with nice enough drivers but last night was 20 minutes late so I called to confirm it was still coming and the taxi man tried to start a fight as soon as I got in even though I had just done a full day in the hospital.
