"Long queue, slow service, rude staff, unprofessional behaviour. Customer jump queues, staff ignored you whilst you are obviously waiting and standing in front ofbthe counter. Ordered a photo frame and it was broken, ordered the second one, it was broken too. To the staff and showed them the product. Shouldnt have resale it but ended up getting the same broken one. Complete rubbish service. Now heading to my third return, thats really stupid."
"Ordered two new phone chargers. Collected and went home. When I opened the bag it turned out that the staff had provided one phone charger and one phone cable. I then had to drive off back to Argos to request the correct product. Frustrating as it should not off happened when they ask you for your receipt and check the product and quantity."

"Worst customer service ever from the manager- Devon. Absolutely no customer service skills and arrogant as if she owns the store. Needs some additional training and needs to be taught how to deal with customers. Can’t believe a manager thinks it’s ok to gossip about customers infront of their faces. Will be making a formal complaint to the head office and won’t ever be going back to this store again! So many other local Argos stores with better service and appreciation for their customers who basically pay their wages."
