"Pathetic customer service. A staff named Renee was extremely impolite and rude. We went to return some stuff, we had accidentally lost a receipt and this store doesn't even give you a digital receipt. Anyway so i asked if it's ok to give me a credit note, and instead of explaining the policy/process to us which she herself didn't know, she went on to bluntly blame us of theft. finally we had to resort to cctv footage to prove that we came in with the stuff we were returning. disgusting experience, never going to this store again. she should be fired for her attitude"
