"I recently found my dog unresponsive so I called the first emergency vet I came across in pure distress as you can imagine. I’m so thankful this was the vets I came across. I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to the young lady receptionist with an accent (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) for keeping me calm and taking me through CPR, counting with me whilst I was doing chest compressions and also staying on the phone with me until I got to the vet. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do for my baby but the service was quick and they did everything they could. I can’t thank the lady on reception as well as the vet enough for being so compassionate in such a situation."
