"Always trust their advice when it comes to my exotic pets. Always the first point of call for these visits. They have excellent knowledge of multiple types of exotics as well as cats/dogs/rabbits etc. Staff are lovely and take great interest in the animals who visit. Always polite and take the time to help you understand what may be the issue with your pet. Genuinely lovely and understanding. If there's ever a point where they are uncertain, they do their absolute best to give you and your pets the best results possible. Wouldn't go anywhere else with mine."
