"The lady on the reception was as lovely as ever. She is really good and helpful and always makes a fuss of the dogs. She saw my older boy was nervous and suggested bringing him in with my puppy when she visits for her monthly flea and worm treatment."
"Friendly and always welcomeing. Very understanding when my dog threw up in the waiting room. One thing that is particularly helpful is a separate side for dogs and cats helps keep every one calmer. Only disappointing thing is that they were out of wormer for months and i didn't get a refund on my monthly subscriptions for wormer and flea treatment. I however think this is a corporate thing rather than a individual store choice"
"Cannot fault this vets. My pup Ralph has been going since we got him and they have been really amazing, we have complete care plan and they are always so helpful, caring and knowledgeable. We had an emergency and had to rush him in and they were absolutely amazing and I couldn't have asked for better. Lastly he had an op today and they were again brilliant. They are a fab team who really care about their patients and their owners."
