"There is one new member of staff in this store, either she isn't interested in her job or she has no knowledge / training. Each time I go in there apart from her not knowing what I am asking for she is not interested, shows no motivation and the least she can do the better. I asked her for vitamins which I know now where out of stock, she said she didn't know, hadn't heard of them and was more interested in walking away - it came across very rude! Holland and Barrett, we need the likes of the old staff back, professional, kind, wanting to help and putting the customer first. - DO SOMETHING before the customers start walking away!"
