"Sold my house recently there were some issues with the speed of service but this may have been to do with purchasers solicitor it took 13 weeks to completion with no chain which seems somewhat protracted and felt like had to keep chasing to keep on top of the sale however they delivered and were empathetic we are living in challenging times I would recommend but keep in mind the length of time to sell may take longer even with no chain that's my honest evaluation to sellers"
