"the staff are usually really nice but I was recently charged for three Nutellas when I only bought one and didn't notice til I was already home. Also, the shelves have been consistently bare since the start of covid and the spice shelf is generally completely empty - even though other co-ops I have been to have had full spice shelves?"
"Ordered via deliveroo - terrible service. I only wanted one particular thing and it was unavailable so I wanted to cancel the order (as I only bulked up the order to meet the minimum order requirements). But I was told it was too late to cancel as they were already ‘preparing my food’ - bearing in mind everything I bought was frozen items and the order hadn’t been picked up by the driver yet ! I was told that if I cancelled I’d still be charged the full amount anyway so there’s no point. Honestly rubbish service and I will never reorder."
"Shelves were empty. Not their fault as struggling to receive deliveries due to current situation. But queue was very long and had to wait a good 10mins before a second staff member came to open another till"

"Co-op isn't really one of my favourite shops. The selection of items is always very limited and in comparison to the usual high street supermarkets it's really quite expensive. It is convenient though as it's open later on Sundays which is helpful for when you just need to nip out for some bread or milk, etc. Not dreadful but could do with some new lines of stock adding in."
