"Have been taking my 16 year old cat to Ben at Arnold & Carlton Vets since we moved to Mapperley 6 years ago, and my two other younger cats since we got them over the past 3 years. He is honest & up front about anything they might need. I can see how some people could be taken aback by his blunt honesty, but I prefer this approach rather than sugar-coating any problems as you know where you stand with him. We have since moved a bit further away but have kept him as our vet as have always had excellent service. On the one occasion I needed to claim on my pet insurance for our elderly cat’s treatment, he and his team were very helpful and sorted their end of the paperwork promptly."

"Ben the vet is fantastic and the nurse never fails to help us settle when in reception. They make me feel at ease gives me all the information that I need and ask for. My dog loves going there. loves the staff and gets excited to see them all. Its clean and tidy building verry verry pleased with them and me and my dog look forward to going back for check ups and if needed any other treatments. Would give more stars if it was an option."
