"A small Boots with limited stock but very handy being in the centre of town. I was disappointed on my last visit at the lack of customer service. I literally had to walk around the shop looking for someone and eventually called out in the Pharmacy section "hello, anyone there?!" eventually someone came but I felt like I had interrupted her tea break rather than being a valued customer!"
"Very handy, as in the town centre. However, due to its location, its a lot smaller than their store at the Giltbrook retail park (about 2-3 miles away). If you need the convience then it's great, but you have significantly more choice at their other store....and car parking is either too. I can't fault them for service however."
