"Queues were 10 minutes long, only 2 people serving but 4 staff walking around looking busy. Poor service and they were unable to fulfil my prescription."
"Sorry to write a bad review but this store is: The faulty Towers of Pharmacists. Staff are lovely and friendly however not enough pharmacists to check precriptions I had to wait 45 minutes for a precription, the lady before me was vocal about waiting an hour for her's. They would be better off closing for an hour and all having their lunch break at the same time, then customers won't be waiting for whoever is checking medication that day to come off their break. To be fair Highcroft Surgery make this branch look bad as well, order items via them and you might as well wait weeks after constantly chasing them up in person and over the phone. To Boots Management, Get more pharmacists please as I'm sure your staff have had enough of people kicking off about waiting in store for medication. Thank you"
