"Sent me a renewal price of €739 for car insurance. I paid just under €400 the year before and I made no claims and have a full no claims bonus. I got a quote as a new customer, using identical details, for €407! Keeping existing customers does not seem to be a priority. I also have home insurance with them, and my wife insures her car with them. Will certainly be going elsewhere when renewing. Edit: To rub salt in the wound, they debited my account today for the policy I spent a week trying to cancel before it renewed. I was put through to different agents on the phone, then given the wrong email address to confirm my cancellation to, finally got confirmation that it was cancelled after chasing it for days. Now I'll have to chase a refund. Never, ever again."

"This company is an absolute joke. I signed up with them few weeks ago and I'm still not sure if I'm actually insured or not. First of all, they offer you insurance + membership. One of the good things from the membership is the petrol discount but every time I want to use it "Systems are down". About the insurance......... They need me to send the no claim bonus, I sent it and in the same email I said "I need a correction in the starting date and a refund from a no claim bonus" but the Support tickets are useless and the Support person couldn't be more helpless. She tells you every time to call over to get support, even though when you request refund in the website, it creates a ticket with her. I complaint and said I would cancel my membership and they sent a standard copy paste " we are saturated we will answer you when we can" that obviously is never. Obviously the phones are saturated and it is impossible to contact anybody. Today they asked again for the no claim bonus document and that was just the icing on the cake. Absolutely disgusted with this company and I won't renew with them even if it was free"

"AA membership roadside rescue is a brilliant service. Worth every cent. Contacting them through the app is so easy and they were out to me within and hour, they organised a tow for me when we found out what the issue was and it wasn't even my car, I was just a passenger! Unreal service you have a customer for life here and now a new customer with the car owner. Thank you AA."
