"Went to local Holland & Barrett today . Wanted something from top shelf . I accidentally knocked 3 items off lower shelf . As I bent to pick them up shop staff shouted at me in a loud voice ‘ leave them leave them ‘ He thumped a step up stool on the floor and started to fiddle about with things on top shelf . Another customer asked him for help and the staff said he was busy !! I have never found the staff good there .I won’t be returning I"
