On 15/04/2017, I went in there and purchased over £30.00, with an item on a penny sale, by right, I should pick another one to just have to pay 1 penny, however, was not advise of. When I checked the receipt and went back in the shop and asked the lady staff who served me, she told me that the other product was not in the penny sale (which I have paid) which by right she should have advised me to get one more with the penny sale. Only one member of staff not being helpful and bad attitude!"
