"Whilst the product itself is fine, the service and communication was poor. The product didn't arrive in the timeframe given; I had to chase Roseland to ask for an update on the product which turned out it wasn't in stock. They said it was a website error and should have been 1 - 2 weeks. The website still states 3 - 5 working days on said product. The delivery team was also only a one man crew where it stated on their website that it would be two so I had to assist with the delivery."

"Very poor quality Damaged on arrival Chest of drawers drawer broken, large blemish on side, bubble in plastic veneer!, chunk missing on the top, take the drawers out to reveal awful wood staining and poor construction! Been offered full refund which I intend to take! AVOID if you want quality furniture!"

"Re: order number 22732 I bought a shelf and when it was finally delivered, found it to be too large for the size of the room. Emailed Roseland to arrange collection and a refund and they reminded me of their terms and condition that a charge of £75.00 will be deducted for any returns. This is extortion and almost bordering fraud; I have never heard of a company charging £75 for any returns! This was over three weeks ago. Till date the item has not be collected. The company they use is called SGK. I would wait in for collection and they would change the collection date. This has happened 4 times and each time have either had taken time of work to stay or look for someone to stay home. This is about the worst service ever and it appears that Roseland Furnishing so not care about their customers or care if they return or not. Please don't use them!! If there is a human out there in Roseland, please speak with your collection company to stop changing collection and causing me time and money, please arrange to collect this item from me asap and refund me my money. I am reading all your negative review and its very similar issues (you just don't care about your customers). Don't know what to do here, either go to the ombudsman or trading standards??"

"So rare to find an alternative to the mainstream furniture shops. Really lovely place to browse and get inspiration. Their furniture is well priced and great quality. If they don't have what you want on display it's worth asking as there is much more available online."

"Just about the worst experience we've ever had buying furniture. Went into the shop in Truro in June 2021 and spent over £4000 on 13 pieces of furniture. Then ordered another 2 pieces on line at a further cost of over £500. A few items were in stock so were due within a couple of weeks. The rest was on it's way over from Vietnam. Of the 15 pieces we had on order, 12 were delivered, 10 of which had damage to varying degrees. The worst were the last three which were simply appalling. The boxes weren't damaged at all, but we have attached pictures for people to see. The remaining three pieces we cancelled as we'd lost trust. It then took over 3 weeks before they collected the three destroyed pieces and refused to refund us over £1200 until they had been picked up."
