"Poor checkout I can see why they have so many shoplifting problem's Staff are helpful when you can find some very slow check out self service always need staff to assist produce good just paying for it is the problem."
"A small store. You feel very enclosed inside. Had a lot of products and it’s good quality. Prices are higher but quality is also better on fresh items and packaged. Staff are attentive and don’t go into the tills to help bring the queue down. Good bargain on the meal deal."
"The place does the job of a corner convenience store."
"Store has gone a bit downhill. Nishanthan and that Rajeeta lad are absolutely clueless at what they do and have no customer service skills at all. Nishanthan was the only one serving. The queue got so long that it reached Rajeeta stocking shelves. Yet he remained focused on stocking shelves instead of diluting the queue. Sainsburys down the road is better and more cost effective."
"This was my preferred local store but since its latest mini refurbishment it has been changed to mainly self service tills with only one which is staffed when a staff member is available. I will no longer use this store because of these changes. Fortunately there are other stores in Northolt where staff are always at the tills and I will now reluctantly use them instead of our Co-Op."
