"Disappointed with prices updates, the deals on some products were 6 days behind"
"DO NOT GO HERE Absolutely terrible service here , have never encountered such bad customer treatment . I got yelled at by a female staff member for taking out my phone to answer a call from my wife and was shouted at to “give her my money “ before I could fill my petrol containers then when told that I’d file a complaint I continued to get yelled at until I left the store at which point , the staff member started to yell through the speakers , was told by many people that she is always like this and not to worry. A highly hostile environment and would never come here again . Other staff members working were nice but that doesn’t excuse the woman’s treatment of me ."
"The worse ever petrol station, the worse staff! Filled up my tank, came to pay, staff by the name of Bashkr served me and was telling me something in his own language and laughing on me, I told him why are you saying something in your language which I don't know, he was so ignored me, and laughing I told him that you are verbally abusing me, I complained to his so called manager to play the CCTV and lesson to it,he said just go to the head office.or call police. I have reported to the police and will take further legal action. Abous of people is not acceptable in this country. So, avoid to Go to this place other wise you will face verbal abuoseas well..."
"Rude staff. Have absolutely no etiquette how to talk to a customer. On Saturday 4th June around 5:30 pm the guy ( south Asian) at the till was very rude. And this is not the first time he did that. A few months ago he misbehaved with a female customer as wel I witnessed the scene. As I was standing behind that female customer at checkout queue. Otherwise food is good, clean store"
"I really want this place to do well as it’s our local convenience store however they could improve hugely with their customer service skills, it’s kind of hit or miss how they treat you. The store closes far too early 09:30pm and the pumps located on LHS only allow a maximum purchase of £50 which is no good being a van driver and having my fuel cap that side. Be careful not to purchase biscuits as they throw them down after scanning so we get our biscuits from Tesco’s instead"
