"Staff isn't great! They are always arguing with someone because they think everyone is trying to steal from them. Everytime I go there there's some kind of awkward situation relating to this going on.."

"Store really needs a refurbishment. Staff reluctant to get on the tills to serve customers to Bring the queue down. Good deals to be had when the store had the stock available. Good to get a few bargains when the reduce things in the evenings."

"this co-op needs to be completely gutted out and redone there is fruit in containers that are left in the heat I have said that they need to be refrigerated but still nothing changes the sunlight is shining directly on them there’s no room in the store when you get nice staff members they don’t last long and I believe that’s because there’s a click going on between staff that have been there for quite awhile They will speak in their native language are not very helpful at all in fact you’re made to feel like you’re bothering them things really need to be changed I would never use that co-op if there was another store built and I really hope there is I will be shopping online if things don’t change in there also there’s hardly any stock there’s no room to shop comfortably the staff come out with massive trolleys to Stock up the shelves and leave them unattended in front of items that you can’t get to also it’s a hazard because you could hurt yourself by tripping over them I wouldn’t have given any stars it’s the worst Co-op I’ve been to in in my life really lets the co-op franchise down. And I almost forgot I bought Calypso ice poles that have been re-frozen and gave me a very bad stomach although I’ve only had a bite from one of them I had to throw the rest in the bin I have health issues and cannot keep going back-and-forth this has happened several times with the frozen products the co-op needs to upgrade their Fridges and freezers because there’s always one that’s leaking or not working they are old I would imagine they just keep being fixed which makes no sense because that’s a waste of money when it could just be replaced as I say the whole shop needs to be redone and the staff need to be moved around and mixed up more as there’s too much of a click going on between them which is why they are so rude I have even seen them mistreat people on work experience stop serving and going and bothering young people doing their work experience and doing a better job than they do it really really needs to get sorted because someone is going to have serious food Poisoning."

"Very poor customer service at this co-op. They seem to have plenty of staff about but only one will be serving (if you’re lucky)! The staff are not friendly whatsoever and manners are non existent. On the odd occasion they employ a friendly staff member, they would only last a week or so and wouldn’t see them again!! The self service are nearly always out of order and there are almost alway queues. In spite of lack of customer service, the store is reasonably stocked and well laid out for a local store. Also, if you tend to look for a bargain in the discounted section, don’t bother with this store as the staff buy the vast majority of discounted items themselves."

"Ever since moving to the Hillingdon area, Co-op food supermarket has been so convenient! They stock all the essentials, groceries, fruits, vegetables, beverages and even some of the nicest desserts. Parking can be slightly challenging as there are only 4 bays directly outside. However, if you’re heading over for a quick shop from Hillingdon Tube Station then it’s perfect as it’s only a stones throw!"
