"I wish I could give this particular store zero stars and I totally understand why your current overall ratings is so low. Today Holland and Barrett in Uxbridge had an offer of 2 for 1 on some products. As my husband and I got to the till to pay (served by Samira) she was both rude and arrogant toward us for absolutely no reason, at all. The bill came up to around £127. My husband was puzzled and asked if all the items we got were included in the 2 for 1 offer, as that was what we wanted. She rudely replied no - some of them are not and just kept scanning. No explanation of which items weren’t a part of the deal or that there were similar items in store (vitamin c and cod liver oil) that had both same strength and amount available in the 2 for 1 deal. What is the reason for her to serve us in that unwarranted and rude manner. As well as not advising/informing us properly regarding the deal. In all honesty you might as well have self service, at least we wouldn’t have been made to feel so uncomfortable. She showed no product knowledge, customer service skill and her attitude was shocking to say the least. We then stood outside the store, with a 1 year old looking at the receipt, trying to figure out which products weren’t included in the offer, in a busy shopping centre. I looked online and there was firstly an additional 10% off and all the products we bought and they could be found within the 2 for 1 deal; again at the same strength and amount - which is what we wanted. She was unprofessional, dismissive in her approach and angry for no reason. She should not work in the retail/customer service industry with that attitude in my opinion. I will be returning my whole order for a full refund in the coming days. A waste of time and petrol, during the current economy!"

"I visited this shop today for the first time and I can honestly say it was the best customer service I have received in a long time. I also whitenesses amazing customer service to others in the shop as well. Both ladies at the desk helped me find exactly what I needed and then they didn’t have it in stock they suggested alternatives and it just completely made my day. I was in the shop on 13/08 between 9am and 10am so apologies for not getting the ladies names but thank you so much."
