"UPDATE: Although i originally had issues with this treadmill and lack of support, the support since Charlotte joined has been much better. Therefore I'm updating the review as I'm happy that the issue has been fixed. I bought an expensive treadmill from this retailer about 2 years ago. It worked great up untill November 2020. Since it stopped working I've been phoning them every 2 weeks and asking for support and have heard absolutely nothing back. I understand the current circumstances have increased response times however I expected better customer support than what I've received."

"I broke my thumb at the beginning of December. I was glad that I found local supplier of FlowFitness product and was very impressed by speedy delivery. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues with the bike. I didn’t want to wait during COVID for repair, so I immediately requested return. I was told that it should be agreed by supplier and I will be contacted ASAP. Due to Christmas and Covid I expected some delay. But there was no response even to repeated emails 3 weeks later. In the phone call I was told that employee who was dealing with my case left the company and my 30-day Consumer right act return period has passed. I was quite unhappy about that, but manager assured me that if engineer won’t be able to fix the bike, they will take it back. She also promised to call me next day to tell me what is happening. I didn’t receive any phone call, another week passed, on the top of other issues bike started to make scary bang noise that prevented me from using it completely. It took couple more emails to get attention and finally 2 engineers arrived in the middle of February (2 months after I requested return). I told them what my main concern is, but they wanted to fix minor issues first and were reluctant to expose drivetrain where I believed problem was. Afterall they did find the fault that they couldn’t fix. They told me that they need to contact manufacturer to get it sorted. When I requested to take the bike back as I was promised. I was told that it can’t be done. They left abruptly, didn’t even fix the plastic cover properly. Not hearing from them for a week I’ve sent email explaining my issues with how my case is handled. There was no response to email, so I made a phone call and got reassured again by the same manager that they are dealing with it and will respond soon. It is now 3 months since phone call, no response to multiple emails, I’ve sent official complaint as advised by Which legal 3 weeks ago, no response. Bike hasn’t been used since engineers visit. One of the reasons I was buying from FITNESS EQUIPMENT NI was sense of security of buying from local reputable seller that has excellent reviews. I learned that stars could be deceiving, and you really need to read reviews. As Fitness Equipment NI sells in general very good quality products it is rare that people can experience their aftersales. Unfortunately, I was unlucky enough that I did. Update 1.6.21: Owner has responded in very constructive manner. Apologized and explain in details factors that contributed to unfortunate sequence of events. He is now addressing them and offering full refund as I requested before."

Took delivery of my equipment a couple of weeks ago and can’t believe how easy the process, from start to finish, actually was. Would definitely recommend these guys and will 100% buy from them again."

"Terrible Customer Care, extremely poor quality equipment, DO NOT BUY from them. Late 2017 purchased a brand new treadmill (cost close to £1000), within several weeks machine stopped working. Initially, they seemed to provide good customer care and replaced machine with what was meant to be higher spec. The replacement machine did not see a great deal of use over the next 2 years, low and behold it stopped working. By this stage C19 had arrived and understandably and were generally slow to respond. What followed was several months of batting back and forth via email and telephone calls. Photographs were provided of the fault and we were misled many times that a part was on order however C19 was preventing its dispatch. The final straw was being informed the part had arrived and a technician would come and conduct repair. Said technician arrived with the "part" ...a pair of plyers , crimped a cable and left, machine functioned for 15 minutes and part broke again. Long story short, I would not recommend this company or their goods and am currently taking legal advice due to breach of contract / trading standards / Credit Consumer Act."
