"DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME HES NOT SHOWN UP WITH NO NOTICE!!!! Absolutely awful service! Booked my taxi night before and he said he’d be here. No answer in the morning and nothing to let me know he wasn’t coming and my children was late for school! When I finally got hold of him, his excuse was that nothing was booked in. Rubbish and unreliable business."
"We’ve jumped into the taxi when it was almost midnight and there were no taxi cars around but this one. First impression - the car was very run down and dirty. After first 10 seconds of drive my boyfriend told the driver that the car sounded as if it’s tyre was flat and he was 100% right. The driver suggested to use some aerosol to fix the hole and my boyfriend assisted him with that. So then we made our way to the nearest gas station in order to pump the tyre back, and there we realized that the hole was too hot and we needed a spare wheel. The driver was acting as if it was his first day on the road, he didn’t know whether he had that spare wheel or not and was just mumbling smth under his nose. It was almost 12:30 am and we had 20 hours trip prior this magnificent taxi ride, so my boyfriend decided to do anything possible to fix the tyre and finally get us home. He changed the wheel and did everything while the driver was just standing aside. So after all this mess we finally got home and guess what?! Driver has decided to charge us for the ride :) “let’s make it 10 pounds” for 20 min ride. So the question is: who do we then send the bill for fixing taxi car wheel?!"
