"1st time I ordered and it will definitely be the last . I have never in my life seen a mushroom like the one I was given today ... I wish I could take a picture and post it to show... Wow.. rest of the cob was ok .. whilst I'm waiting for my cobs though I'm looking around the shop and it's very unclean. .. window sills ..cob webs on the ceiling . And they have a cream colored bin which looks like it's not been washed all year.... I'm sad I have had to write this reveiw . But when your paying over £10 for food I expect to get a nice cob ... I'm gob smacked that they actually gave me the cob with the state of the mushrooms on it....sorry ladies you seem lovely but your food is not unfortunately"

"First time using the establishment. Coincidentally, the last time. I ordered a big breakfast, breakfast sub, carrot cake and two curly wurlys (to make the minimum delivery order price). The big breakfast was leaking out of the container, the food items were all mashed together and the eggs were cooked badly. I did get a hair covered in the baked bean sauce though, free item I guess. Stopped eating at that point. The breakfast sub had the eggs outside and equally badly cooked, they wouldn’t go back in, I think some bright spark though this should be made like an open sandwich. The beans and other liquid items had soaked through the other side of the sub meaning it couldn’t be held up and broke apart during eating whilst coating the unlucky consumer with food. It seems the free hair coated in baked bean juice is available to all breakfast items as another one appeared on this meal as well.this was abandoned for obvious reasons. later that evening I decided to eat the cake. I held out hope that the carrot cake couldn’t possibly be so screwed up. I wouldn’t know as the cake wasn’t carrot cake, it looked nothing like a carrot cake and I couldn’t identify it without tasting it and I could risk that due to allergies. It appears they chose to provide an item I didn’t order in replacement for something I did. I called the company the following day in the hopes of understanding why this all went so badly, lacked basic cleanliness and the cake issue. I spoke to a staff member who said the hairs, eggs, leaking food, sub construction failures were unfortunate. She explained that the delivery driver was meant to tell me the cake provided wasn’t the one I ordered of their menu as they didn’t have any then nor had one today and no idea when they would, it appears that despite not having consistent stock for many days, they still advertise unavailable items for sale knowing they are not available and will swap out for other random items. She did explain that the one she replaced it for was a coffee and walnut cake. She swapped a cake with I knew had no allergic food stuffs to one containing the most common allergic reaction ingredients ‘nuts’. The real fun was when I pointed out that what arrived wasn’t a coffee and walnut cake either and described it to her, she said that was a cheesecake - it wasn’t a cheesecake either, she had no idea what she sent. If she doesn’t know what she sent and believed she sent a different cake (the most dangerous for those with allergies) and neither were the cake ordered - what the hell are they doing? I asked what they were going to do about it and she replied “I’m sorry, there isn’t anything I can do.”, I asked why not, she explained she wasn’t the boss and only she could, the boss wasn’t there it seems. I have asked for the boss to call me, I won’t hold my breath. If you run a business this badly with multiple hygiene issues, random product replacements with unknown items and likely lethal allergic reactions - I can’t imagine the owner cares about quality, cleanliness, cooking standards, health of customers, products that match the descriptions or random food replacements without a word or question to the paying customers. It must all be about doing the least and profiteering ahead of the long term customer retention. Shockingly bad. I have never needed to review something in so much detail before."
