"Was a Sunday so I'll be nice. Trying to buy shoes for the 3 year old. No one about to get shoes to try on. Had to walk to the cash desk withshoes in hand to try and find a member of staff. When the staff finally appeared they were next to useless. Hadn't a clue about ordering and if we could get on the website. It's a really lovely store to walk round though and as long as you don't want shoes you should be ok."
