"Only my 5th time in the Pharmacy and my second walking out after a 10+ min wait and going elsewhere. Seems to be that unless they know your face they won't serve you. On the 2 occasions I've left - a member of staff has watched me walk in before going in the back. I've waited patiently at the till. They only reamerge once someone they know enters and stands at the other till who proceeds to get served first. Wouldn't believe it if it hadn't happened to me personally. I will say that on both occasions it's been the same staff member"
