"I can not recommend this nursery enough! My daughter really struggled with seperation anxiety and the staff were brilliant offering settles to ease her in and were happy to comfort and support her in leaving me. The staff are so caring and friendly and make sure my daughters needs are always met. My daughter will now happily go into nursery and is confident in playing with other children and whenever I pick her up she is always happy and smiling. The difference in my little girl and seeing her confidence grow is truly amazing and all thanks to this brilliant nursery!!"

"All of my children have gone here and not only loved the activities but also all of the carers, some of the reviews on here are frankly ridiculous, yes my children have occasionally had bumps and bangs but far less than they have at home and all staff members have always ensured they were ok and that we were informed, my oldest is at school now and he has had so many more accidents, I highly recommend this nursery and wouldn’t send my children anywhere else"

"Our daughter wailed every morning as we took her in, she’d previously been at a different preschool (in a different area) that she loved and never had any issues with. We tried to take her out after only a couple of weeks but they demanded four weeks notice. This was during covid. We then had an email about staff having covid and them asking us to keep kids home if possible, I offered to keep her home for the week if I would be able to keep her home the following week too but they said I’d have to pay for that absence. As anticipated we had the same email the following week about keeping kids home due to covid. I’d offered in advance but they prioritised the money over the kids and their staff. Mama Bears is a business first and a nursery second, profits are more important than the children. At the door I heard numerous parents questions injuries their kids had, and at almost every pick up my daughter had a dirty nappy. We pulled her out, irrespective of the lost money, and sent her to Whiterock Preschool where she was immediately happy and thriving. We’ve got a younger child and we know the only place with immediate availability is Mama Bears, and whilst we really need the childcare we wouldn’t even consider this place an option."

"My son has attended this nursery since he was a baby, started off in baby room and is now in the pre school room. He has really enjoyed his experience here and all of the staff have been very welcoming and looked after my son so well, couldnt thank them all enough! He is provided with meals and snacks and always a variety of messy play."

"My son has attended the nursery from a baby, going through the nursery he was so happy and would look forward to nursery days. When I picked him up he would always be happy doing a messy activity and would talk to me all the way home of all the fun and brilliant things he had done in the day. He built great bonds with staff In the whole setting not just in the room he was in. I also had a good relationship with the staff who were always so welcoming and friendly. My son has gone onto a new pre school now but will still talk about his friends and time at mama bears."
