"Been here a few timea now , but always closed"
"Really expensive for a charity shop? £8 for a Primark jumper.. also when I came in to donate the staff on wasn't particularly helpful or receptive, and got unpleasant and made a fuss of bagging four largish items when I said I wasn't donating my IKEA bag (which was full of individually bagged items.) Plus they didn't ask for giftaid? Seems a waste?"
"I went to this shop today to return an item bought on the 18th December. I know the returning policy is 14 days but I was isolating. My daughter had Covid on the 23th and I tested positive on 31st, so I COULDN'T GO BEFORE IT. I explain to the manager called Virginia and she called me a liar saying that I was trying to change an old item "because she doesn't put ou shorts on the winter", she called me ignorant, screamed at me and said I wasn't understanding her. Also she said that Barnardo's doesn't have a special policy for Covid and I should shop somewhere else.I will never ever again go to this shop. Such an horrible, rude manager"
"Seems like a nice shop, quite a large shop as well, with a few sales racks for bargain hunters."
"Lovely neat and tidy shop with a good range of donations for sale. Friendly staff on hand too. Covid procedures taken seriously. Fantastic window display"
